Susah ke Master?

Pursuing master? Never. In. My. Life! I’m done. Period! 
Yeah. I bet half of us might react like this when we just survived from the never-ending journey of degree’s battlefield. And I am one of them. My father even convinced me that his friend son said that Master is way easier than degree and my reaction that time is B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T! I won’t betting my life ever again. I even said to my mate’s “Mati hidup balik aku taknak...”

However, we plan, but Allah swt decides. That’s how my Master journey starts.

Its actually just take me 2 days to decide whether I’m in or not. I swear, that was the easiest decision I’ve ever made. I didn’t ponder for too long, and it’s happen very quick. At that time, I felt that whatever may happen, happen. If I didn’t try, I won’t even know how it would turn out to. To me, life is a series of unpredictable events, largely out of our control. We can and should make plans, but all in all, Allah swt is always the best planner.

And at that time I remember my friend used to say, “Your future comes from the decisions that you made today. Don’t fear things that did not even happen yet”. And if you guys ever doubt to pursue your Master in fear that you can’t do that, believe me, you would be impressed with your own capability itself.

I said it with experience. You may not know what lies ahead of you, but you also do not know just how brave you really are until you experienced it, itself. How wonderful it is to know that even though you do not know what this next phase of life is going to look like, you are still going to grow in the way you were meant to. You are still going to be shaped into who you were meant to be, even in the wild of your uncertainty.

To whomever do have doubts in pursuing Master, what I can say is – Do it, now. Regret it, later. I believe you must have already doing your research on what’s good, what’s not, so now you just need some motivation to go thru this. I came across this one quote, "When life gives us lemons, make lemonade.” If you want the rainbow, you’ve got to put up with the rain aite? Thus, cherish it, fill it with the best you have!

Sisters. Can’t live with, can’t live without!

After a long long time I didn’t update my entry, finally I’m back. Currently I am in my semester break, alhamdulillah, and I have another one week left before I’m back to my routine life (student life).
